Anthony Davis, as expected, is having a very good season for the New Orleans Hornets. He is averaging 12 points, 7.5 rebounds, and 1.8 blocks per game on about 29 minutes per game. He scored 20 to defeat the Kings in the Hornets' last game. He looks to do the same tonight when the Hornets play the Nets. Hornets tickets are cheap, as low as $3 tonight, so go lend your support!
Are you kidding me? Thanks to CBS Sports for the find.
Dirk Nowitzki looked like his MVP self last night against the Hornets. He scored 25 points in what would ultimately become a Mavericks victory. After Ryan Anderson hit a three-pointer with 55.5 seconds remaining, it appeared the Mavs were out of luck with the score sitting at 100-96. A pair of threes from Mike James and Vince Carter gave the Mavs the lead, which they held on to until the end of regulation. Are the Mavericks on the rise? Grab some Dallas Mavericks Tickets for tomorrow's game against the Lakers to see if they'll keep this hot streak going.
James Harden dropped a career high 46 points against the Thunder last night. Think this awesome performance is a coincidence? Nah. Jeremy Lin also chimed in with 29. Grab some Houston Rockets tickets to support them live. There are few teams as exciting in the NBA right now.
The Spurs are back to their old tricks. With the best record in the league, a healthy big three, and only 10 out of their remaining 27 games being played away from the AT&T Center, things are looking good for San Antonio to get the number one seed. Spurs tickets are easy to come by, starting at only $25 on SeatCrunch. Be sure to catch a game before year's end if you are in the San Antonio area
The San Antonio Rodeo is one of the largest events in the nation with performances from country music stars, a carnival, livestock shows, and a good old-fashioned rodeo. The event gives a large portion of the proceeds to Texas agricultural education. This year's contribution is expected to exceed $10.1 million. Rodeo tickets are available for as little as $14 from SeatCrunch. Have some fun at the San Antonio Rodeo and support Texas agriculture education!
This Saturday at Notre Dame, we saw the #11 Louisville Cardinals face off against the #25 Notre Dame Fighting Irish. The game was ESPN's feature for College GameDay, and part of this included an $18,000 half-court shot for a Notre Dame senior named Casey Murdock. He had 18 seconds to take as many shots as possible, and sank the second one. Here's the video.
So, yes this is all very exciting. But wait, there's more. The game itself went to quintuple overtime, which is the longest regular season game in history. The game came down to the final seconds, but Notre Dame pulled off the upset. Here's the vid:
Do the New York Knicks have the best three-point shooter in the league? With a 3-point percentage of 44.4, an argument can certainly be made for Steve Novak. That's why he got the nod for the NBA 3-point contest at the NBA All-Star game.
The Knicks take on the Minnesota Timberwolves tonight in what should be a decently interesting game. Tickets to the game at the Target Center start at just $19. Look for more great shooting from Steve Novak, and some stellar play from MVP candidate Carmelo Anthony.

One can only imagine what this could be about.
